From start to finish Phoenix Exteriors was very professional and did an outstanding job replacing our roof after storm damage. Henry Todd made it his business to guide us through process of getting other contractors to address damages to our home outside of his purview as he was primarily our roofer. I recently had my shingles replaced by Phoenix Exteriors and I am very satisfied. Nancy Chung did a fantastic job from start to finish. She was very thorough in the inspection of my roof, and kept me in the loop the entire time. I doubt my insurance company would have approved my claim without her detailed report of damage with follow up pictures. Numerous phone calls to set up appointment, once set numerous emails and text messages as reminders. Then no show for the appointment with no communication.
Wonderful experience. Very professional. The work was done in a timely manner. Cleanup was complete. Great value and high quality materials. All communication with office staff was pleasant and accurate. I highly recommend this organization.
Roof was replaced as promised. No surprises. Henry Todd kept me informed as process played out.
