Micah and his team were very professional and proficient while installing our solar battery system. Micah took the time to explain the installation process and to set up the Enlighten App and explain the added new functions. The pricing of the project was very competitive. I would highly recommend Phoenix Energy Solutions.
Had them put a complete new HVAC unit in my house in August 2018, with the recent rains I panicked that there was water dripping from my ceiling, turns out my roof is fine and the water is coming from my hvac drains because none of drain pipes were glued properly. I called and the woman with the lovely accent said " if my technician determines that it's not a warranty item then you would be charged a $125 diagnostic fee cause it has been a very long time. I’ll start off by saying that my first experiences with this company were great. The owner, Micah, is a very likable person, and seems to do mostly honest work. Everything went so well on the first job that I even hired them to replace the HVAC system in my rental. I also went so far as to refer two new clients to them that needed a complete HVAC system.
