Tiffany Tait is more concerned with how she looks, and appears on zoom than actual therapy. I was scolded as a client for pointing it out, and promptly removed from appointments. Insurance billing took forever, and I had to pay up front. According to Cece Robbins it was ‘a task she would deal with’. Not a professional practice…. HOWEVER - Rob Nuenke is amazing, and pulls through with help and concerns.

I wanted to give a review about Tiffany Tait. She worked with my son this past summer. From the very beginning she was very approachable and compassionate. She showed genuine interest in helping my son. My son was extremely reluctant to participate but she earned his trust. It was amazing to see how Tiffanys intervention help changing his behavior. My son totally open up to her. After a few weeks the changes were very positive. I definitely recommend her.
Attempted to contact them for therapy. My initial message asked about my insurance. For some reason the CEO of the company responded back with a one sentence message to contact my insurance company. After I cleared it up he said he would forward my into to patient intake. A week later after I received no response I wrote back, and the CEO did not apologize just gave me a one sentence answer asking if I was free this weekend.
