I've only been to two events. Employees attentive, friendly and Most of All.....Clean Rest Rooms!
Sometimes it is tough to get around because it is so big and there is so many entrances.
Crowd control sucked. The sound system was terrible! People in the back could not hear the First Lady. Everyone was complaining.
Not enough cheap parking, Not enough seating. Everything else was great.
It was a great event but it would have been much better if there were chairs. Everyone had to stand for hours waiting for the event to start and then people started pushing their way to the front when it started. Getting into the building and thru security was very organized and didn't take that long to get in.
For the number of people showing up, I thought the crowd movement/control was very good with plenty of staff to keep it smooth.
