The lay out if the building was great. The art work was stunning. And the staff were awesome!

Never again will I ever step foot in this building again. The First Lady deserved better!
The area where our FLOTUS spoke was not adequate in so many ways.. Needed MORE seating, much too long to stand(at least 3 hrs), more bathrooms, BETTER PA system, and where were the "big screens"?! Oh, MORE room! We talked to folks that were shut out.. Larger venue was needed.
There were helpful people and great customer service.
