These dudes did various jobs in my home and completed none! Paid in full by the way!! HACKS best describes these guys. I had to have another contractor finish and repair my special needs daughters bathroom and my deck which they refaced and replaced the stingers which split and detached. The Job is basically falling about. Save yourself the problems. Go with someone else! I wish I could post pictures. I wish google has a negative star option, they’d definitely get it!
I have worked with many GC's from all over the world. Chris Rohner has to be one of the worst possible business owners to date. The lack of professionalism is atrocious. Refused to pay for completed prep work, had more excuses than a pregnant nun, Including his famous liner "I'm waiting on payment from the developer." FALSE. One of his employees told me he was already paid from the developer. It's been 6 months and he still hasn't paid. Attempted to rent one of their properties and the owner, Chris scammed me out of a large security deposit. Absolute fraud, steer clear of anything with this business or the owners name attached to it.
Horrible company. I don’t even wanna give him one star. Chris rohner (the owner) doesn’t pay. Still trying to get paid after 3 years. Do not use them.
