Do not use Phoenix Construction Group unless you are ready to get ripped off. I am preparing a claim with BBB and will be taking this company to small claims court. I really hope no one else goes through what I’ve been growing through. I was charged $13,000 for about $6,000 worth of work. I did not consent to most of the work and charges, he did plumbing work in areas we asked him not to touch because it’s not covered by insurance, used our over priced trash bin to dump for other projects, carried himself extremely unprofess... read more

From start to finish they came through for us. Our Phoenix representative responded to all phone calls, e-mails and texts in a professional and supportive manor. Our situation created a unique challenge since I wanted to change from the original ridge vent design to a more efficient solar fan design.
