Juanita just up and left leaving her patients to fend for themselves. I am having a hard time in getting my records fromher. No phone number...no address...NOTHING. This is so wrong on so many levels ..
Juanita is compassionate and knowledgeable, great healthcare provider. Jen is an excellent, and friendly nurse. The receptionist clearly needs more training to adequately do her job, and to learn how to show some decency towards human beings who are seeking help with their physical or mental health.
This lady is a joke.
