Discussed a service with Dustin on the phone and explained the problem with my boiler not lighting. When he arrived to look at it he said he doesn't do boilers Then had the nerve to say he wouldn't charge me. He didn't DO anything but waste my time!

I live in apartments. I was having trouble with my heat and ac. The apartment office called these guys and they came out got it running but also let the office know it needed to be replaced. They came out a week later and replaced everything. Furnace inside and the unit outside. These guys was professional and polite. I was able to take a nap and so was my 1 1/2 year old son.
