We represent a motor carrier regarding an unpaid freight invoice for a shipment that was successfully delivered. After the broker became inactive, multiple good-faith attempts were made to resolve the matter directly with Phoenix Closures, Inc., but the company stopped responding to calls and written communication despite receiving the benefit of the transportation services

When you arrive, first set of docks on the East side are receiving. The second set of docks on the North side are shipping. Please do yourself a favor and go to the correct docks - both guys I dealt with at a receiving side already had a smoke coming out from their behinds - you don't want to piss them off any more. Slide tandems, back it up, choke the wheel and come back to sit in a metal cage while they unload you.
