I needed a silk rug cleaned many years ago and Phoenix was recommended. It was time again as I had elderly cats that were causing havoc on my rugs. They cleaned the entire house and took the silk along with my kitchen braideds to clean at their facility. I've a white shag area rug they cleaned in my home as they would wall to wall. They are so easy to work with. I’ve needed my area rugs cleaned professionally for a while due to pets and parties. we had to replace carpet due to water damage and by comparison all the other carpet looked worse and needed some TLC. It’s been a few years since our last cleaning and I would say they are even more courteous and efficient than last time.
