The work was done on 07-07-2020, the crew member was on time as scheduled, informative as to the steps needed to be taken in order to prepare the carpet for cleaning. Crew member was courteous, respectful and efficient. The work was excellent. I would use this company again any future carpet cleaning needs.

I needed a silk rug cleaned many years ago and Phoenix was recommended. It was time again as I had elderly cats that were causing havoc on my rugs. They cleaned the entire house and took the silk along with my kitchen braideds to clean at their facility. I've a white shag area rug they cleaned in my home as they would wall to wall.
