Horrible customer service, sincere advice to store manager I am first time customer to clean clothes in the store and bring $10 coupon to use as initial satisfaction. The store manager was refused to accept those coupons for dry clean clothes which dry clean cost comes to the coupon value. I have mentioned to store manager that I am NEW to your area as well as store, so want to use those as customer satisfaction. Store Manager was arrogant and refuses to take coupon.
