This review is mainly for the phone/scheduling services! My daughters arm is broken and has been broken, she has been stuck in a splint for weeks and i have not been able to schedule an appointment so far with them, No return calls and no one answers to help!! CRAZY!!
We saw an urology PA provider, Kelly Parker this morning and she was wonderful. She had clearly done her work and thoroughly read through the history and reports they had obtained and had memorized the dates and results. Not only was she very competent with her experience and knowledge, but she utilize several visuals, handouts, wrote and provided education and explanation. Highly recommend you go anywhere else but here. Daughter broke arm. I got charged for the doctor, but then I also got charged $600 just "to treat radial fracture". Another $300 for OR which apparently is just to get the cast on. No one can tell me what is included in the "radial fracture" charge or why they charged it. They keep telling me it's my insurance, but they are the ones that sent to codes to my insurance. By the way all these prices are AFTER insurance paid for it. Go anywhere but here. This place is awful and a cash grab, there is something shady behind what they do. They sent me a bill and I paid it obviously, then they sent me another bill saying I needed to pay for the bill I already paid for. They did this 4 times before i sent a certified mail return receipt and they finally stopped. GO TO A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL
We trusted this office with our daughter’s care, and they didn’t respond until it became a medical emergency. I kept telling them something wasn’t right and pleading for help no one listened until my daughter was hospitalized. Later, nurse practitioner Carrie First recommended a procedure that we’ve now been told wasn’t even reliable for our daughter’s age.
