This place is the best. Our car caught fire and Louisa and the staff were amazing. They gave my daughter a lot of snacks and a teddy bear and gave us water and Gatorade. Dr. Crockett is amazing. He still saw us even though we were late. I'll be forever grateful the way these people looked after us during such a crazy, chaotic moment.
Haven’t had one positive experience with any of the staff we’ve seen at Phoenix children’s. If you’re gonna be rude and miserable rethink a career choice that is centered around children
This review is mainly for the phone/scheduling services! My daughters arm is broken and has been broken, she has been stuck in a splint for weeks and i have not been able to schedule an appointment so far with them, No return calls and no one answers to help!! CRAZY!!
We saw an urology PA provider, Kelly Parker this morning and she was wonderful. She had clearly done her work and thoroughly read through the history and reports they had obtained and had memorized the dates and results. Not only was she very competent with her experience and knowledge, but she utilize several visuals, handouts, wrote and provided education and explanation.
