Cash grab. We brought our baby here for a nest clinic follow-up. The 2 hour appointment was 45 minutes and most of that time was spent with the MD not on the assessment. Come to realize they assessed our 24 weeker on her actual age not her adjusted age. During the assessment they failed to ask us any questions about our baby and at the end told us she needed PT every other week and ot every month. They are a disorganized mess and you won't even get a proper evaluation but they have no problem recommending therapies left and ... read more

1 Star. This cardiologist office is extremely unprofessional. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, and I've now been waiting for over 35 minutes past my scheduled time. There are three other patients also waiting, and not a single staff member has come out to provide an update or an apology. Instead, we can all hear the staff laughing and chatting in the back. A complete lack of respect for patients.

Was there for a minor issue, and staff seemed very professional and knowledgable. However, there's something very suspicious going on with their billing. They are trying to charge us $2,500 for fixing our daughter's nurses elbow which involved about 20 minutes of evaluation and rotating her arm to pop it back into place. In the bill, they are classifying it as "minor surgery". They didn't even take an X-ray as we got that at an urgent care beforehand. Years ago, my daughter saw Dr Lindblade at PCH. He is an awesome doctor. The problem is the way the office is run. Every time I called, I would have to wait on hold for an hour, and when someone finally answered, they would tell me Dr Lindblade was booked out for 3 months and their calendar didn't go past 3 months. So I couldn't schedule anything. I was told to call back the next week to see if anything had opened.
