My child had a foot injury from getting crushed in a bike accident that needed X-rays, as an urgent care an appointment should not be necessary for urgently being seen. Was told there were no appointments until 5pm (at 11:00) with an absolutely empty and desolate parking lot and lobby. Absolute garbage how the “urgent”care of a child is by appointment only as if we can control and anticipate any of life’s accidents/injuries! Truly Pathetic PCH, DO BETTER
not urgent care, despite the name. it's an after hours doctors office that calls itself urgent care. appointment only, no walk ins. otherwise pay your copay and sit in the lobby for 4 hours. a miserable experience for our child to add to an already bad day
Arrived before closing 20-30 mins before and did not seem busy at all but I guess the changed to appt only? My son absolutely needed to see someone tonight and the guy at the desk said there is absolutely no way, since we didn’t have an appt. For a children hospital, didn’t seem much care was given for my boy.
They don't take walk-ins. Only by appointment.
If 0 stars is an option I would definitely be choosing 0! I spent 2 hours for them to tell my daughter she doesn’t have strep throat. Only to have to go elsewhere to find out she does. Malpractice all over the place! And their billing is outrageous. This place should be shut down!
