We took our daughter here over the weekend when her fever spiked to 103. The staff was excellent. Jim, the paramedic deserves a gold star. It is so refreshing to be helped by someone who loves kids. I would highly recommend anyone needing an ER in the west valley
Went and saw Dr. Menzer for my son’s knee. She reviewed his MRI and was super knowledgeable and explained the issue with his meniscus in a way he was able to understand (he’s 10) and brought in a model of a knee to give a visual example, which was super helpful. She answered all of our questions and we are now scheduled for surgery! The process for scheduling and checking in for the appointment was super easy. It’s ridiculous when we call to ask a medical question and they say no appointment needed . But how is nobody in the lobby but 5 people can show up and get in right away . This hospital needs to get something fixed . I was here before 5 people it should go in order. Don’t waste your time coming here . They put you at the bottom . Won’t come here again . Dr. Hall with the PCH ortho department is amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. We were referred to him by the Thomas campus’ ER for an elbow fracture, but Dr. Hall knew right away that something else was wrong with our child. As a mother, we often assume the worst out of fear for our children’s health and safety, but Dr. Hall made us feel seen and validated in our concerns, was quick to establish a new plan of care, kept communication open the whole way through, and advocated for our child so that he coul... read more
Waited 3 hours to be seen by the doctor for 2 minutes with an empty lobby when arriving. Employees were nice but system needs help.
