We went in about 1230 with about 5-10 others in the waiting room. I had to wait about 15 minutes to check in, then was pretty much brought back immediately. Staff was very friendly and helpful!!!

We had a very short wsit time. Maybe 5 minutes. Only thing that took a little bit was that the computers went down so everything had to be done on paper.

Thanks Phx Childrens Urgent Care! You rocked once again. I can always count on speedy yet attentive service when I bring my kiddos here late at night. Dr Ravi and staff have made a not so great night just a little easier. Thanks again!

Thanks for closing the door on us tonight and refusing to help my daughter. We called ahead and made it at 10:59. We saw you close the door and still wouldn't let us in after agreeing you would if we made it by 11. My 4yr old daughter had an allergic reaction and wasn't breathing strong, it wasn't life threatening yet but we needed help and made it on time. Seemed like a great place, we were called back after 30min. We have now been sitting in this exam room waiting for someone to see us for almost 2 hours!! I just went out and asked if we were going to be see soon and the lady at the desk was rude and said " well we're a full house right now so he should be seen soon". Don't waste your time here, you could go to the ER and probably be seen faster.
