We had a great ER visit. The medical team was amazing, timely manner, effective got us out as soon as possible. My daughter broke her wrist / hand bone, they spoke with her explain what was going to happen and what was expected. It was a 4 hour visit. I was pleased and grateful for the staff who treated my baby. We also scheduled with the specialist 3 days out.

We had a great experience with their ER department, my son was not feeling well and had a fever, they took him in quickly and took care of hin right away. The nurses and doctor were very caring and friendly and made the process enjoyable for my son.

Our first experience here was awful. We have a son who had a badly infected toe nail that they said they could not remove and we would have to go to a podiatrist which takes weeks to see. Then they didn't collaborate well with sending medical records to our insurance agency after they asked for it 3 time. I didn't even get a bill until after they sent us to collections for $300. That's all I have to say.
