The doctor was great, but I don’t know what is going on with the office. My daughter has an infection and needs antibiotics. We went in in the morning and they never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I had to call twice for them to send it in. Just fire the staff and hire competent people.
Dr. Newby is fantastic !
Dr.Kertz was great for my children when they were little but as soon as they turned into teenagers her concern for them dropped and the appointments became repetitive with her asking the same questions every time she saw them. Her refusal to acknowledge a progressive condition due to insurance is a cop out. The office staff is no better, my daughter tried contacting them for a refill but they never back to her. By the time her medication had expired they told her she had aged out. I only recommend this office for small child... read more
