The first time I came here I was amazed by how kind and patient the staff was but this is our follow up appointment and I see the first impression of this place was likely just a facade. The doctor (Dr Wall) rushed my son and didn't bother to try to help him overcome his shyness. He got overwhelmed because a stranger was examining his eyes and when I asked for a couple of minutes so he could stop crying she left the office for nearly 30 minutes and did a whole exam on another patient.
