My son had an appointment with Dr. Hug the week of the Super Bowl and he great. He determined he needed surgery and told me to schedule it with Dr. Golub. I have attempted to contact the scheduler countless times. Jessica is her name and she is rude and does not return calls. We went for a visit to check on the fit of our 9 month olds contacts. He had cataracts surgery and has no lens in his eye currently. While taking measurements for glass they made a mistake and threw away my babies contacts, then pretended like they like they didn’t right after the doctors said it to each other in front of me. Dr Hug is amazing with my kids. I will say this is their first time here. Front office is slow even though you check in to kiosk. scheduling is months out so be sure to schedule ahead of time & clinic line takes forever. They forgot to give a Dr note for my daughter after asking if I needed one 🤦‍♀️

Have been called to reschedule 3x now and they refuse to give me a reason after waiting months for each appointment. Also PCH is fighting with Cigna on financial agreements and because we’ve lost three of our appointments now due to their need to reschedule, we might not be able to be seen if CIGNA and PCH can’t come to an agreement end of this month. Thanks for putting outside our original appointment (three appointments ago) and risking my child’s eye health. Will be having records released and going elsewhere.
