My daughter went there last night for a super high fever, And she ended up testing positive for strep/scarlet fever. They were supposed to call in a prescription, however, there is not one that was called in. Once again, my daughter has another fever 105, I’ve tried to call the number With no answer and left a message. Not an actual urgent care anymore, they only take appointments, defeating the “urgent” part of urgent care🤦♂️
I came here a couple of months ago with a sick baby (around 8 months). My oldest had been diagnosed with strep a couple of days earlier, and I was sure my baby was starting to show signs, so I needed medication for her, but the other urgent care was closed. Dr Elizabeth Collyer has the worst team on earth. They are so incompetent and they have zero idea about what they are doing. They caused a huge delay in the medication delivery for my child because they sent the wrong dose to the wrong pharmacy. Once we got the medication we learned that they should have requested double the amount they originally requested. So frustrating.
This place is in real. $250 before they will even see my son. Then wait over an hour to call us back, just to sit us in a room and wait longer!
