Can we say why was Kim in scheduling so rude. Today I called to book my daughter yearly appointment and this lady answered the phone. This was the start ah ah ah hello Kim....that why I should have hung up and called back. Working from home doesn't mean answering the phone like you just woke or need an sobriety test. My son has been with this clinic for several years. It always the easiest clinic to make an appointment. Most of time we can call and visit at the same day. We have met Dr. Chung, Dr Patel and Dr. Wong. We are very pleased with all doctors and staff here.

They reschedule you without informing you in advance. It takes two months to get an appointment.

ERICA in scheduling is EXTREMELY RUDE!! Ive been dealing with her for a year now and every time I call to schedule an appointment for my kiddos I have to speak with her as she is in the scheduling department and every single time I call she is so rude. I’m amazed that someone could be so rude even when doing something as simple as scheduling an appointment for a sick child.
