My nice has been going to the er back and fourth for the last 2 months and no doctor and do their job and figure out what’s going on. She’s been in the hospital the past 30 hours and not one doctor has put in effort to show up. This hospital should be accountable for their staff.

After the lead Banner Neurologist wanted us to get a second look at our child due to his stroke and epilepsy and the complexity of his medical case. We scheduled an appointment with Dr. Wilfong 5 months ago and confirmed insurance and completed all the necessary paperwork, only to be notified less than 24 hours before his schedule appointment that we were required to schedule an EEG before hand and they canceled our appointment.
