What a joke of an administrative office, for nearly 3 years I've gotten updates on 'Madison' a child in their care. I don't know Madison, and have requested to have my number removed from their account. Only to be told they can't do anything. Maybe this will get the attention from someone at Dr Hilow's clinic. Horrible clinic. Pathetic care. Dr Siaw is old, foreign and out of touch with reality. Half the time ai couldn’t understand a word he said and had to continuously ask him to repeat himself. He obviously has 0 experience with special needs kids , esp the severely autistic and non verbal ones. He did absolutely nothing to help my son after seeing him for 3 years. He was rude and condescending over and over. I finally said enough and stopped going because he treated me like garbage and did nothing to improve my son’s issues. We... read more
We had a great experience with the doctor, however they will just reschedule without approval. They definitely need to have better scheduling practices in order. I appreciate the doctor needs a vacation, but maybe block out time to where you’re not scheduling appointments then? We’ve seen the doctor once, set to see them again in the summertime and have been asked to reschedule more times than we’ve seen the practitioner.
We have been working with their GI department for over a year now with no help or no answers on what’s going on with my 18 month olds health. We have become to desperate for help we are leaving the state to find better care for him. So disappointed with how little support we receive for him just because over all he’s a happy baby.
