Seems like they don’t care i was here 04/06/25 checked in at about 11:30pm and my son was called in untill 3:03am!!! This is ridiculous…
Wait hours are horrible very disapointed
Probably one of the worst places to take a kid. One of the male nurses names Michael was super rude and impatient. Took off one of my kids’ arm pressure band and threw it to the floor. Wasn’t at all welcoming. Also the dr that seen my daughter asked if we wanted labs done then never did labs on my kid. They don’t care about the well being of your children. Go somewhere else. No wonder they have very bad reviews. HORRIBLE. And pls don’t respond with “we are sorry to hear about this experience. What a shame
Everyone was very nice, but 9 hours to tell us that "It's probably just something that's going around" doesn't seem reasonable. It's now after 3 am, and the room they have us in is absolutely FREEZING.
