I’m amazed by the terrible customer service at the front desk and the nurses. Only person with any compassion or a sense of service was the doctor. I understand to a certain point they see stressed/chaotic people on a regular basis but if your child is on the verge of losing their life and they came in on an ambulance, last thing you want deal with cold, harsh, and heartless admin and staff. The nurses should be ashamed.

They don’t care if your kid is literally dying. You WILL WAIT for HOURS. I don’t understand why they don’t prioritize patients in extreme pain (I understand they go in order but sometimes they need to prioritize other patients in pain first) I ended up taking kid elsewhere and was home pretty fast well PCH kept sending text messages about STILL WAITING IN LINE to be seen. What a joke and a sad one at that. Take your kid to a different er please, or until they get more better doctors/nurses here.

We were quickly taken back to a room, which was great. The resident in the ER seemed to do his best and consult with the right drs for his best care. The nurse was where the ball was dropped. The monitor was beeping in red because his vitals were changing. No one came into the room to check. No one. I had to open the door to ask someone in the hall to turn the beeping off. Someone came in didn’t check my child, turned it off and said sorry can’t help I do respiratory. So we hit the red button on the remote to call the nurse,... read more

I brought my 8 month old in because a doctor at urgent care said to take him in for stitches immediately. I brought him in with blood coming out his mouth and it’s now two hours and they only barely gave him a room because I said something. People after us have all been checks into a room kind you. This is the LAST time I will go here for any of my kids. They basically waited until the bleeding subsiding to a stop. DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED! What kind of hospital ignores a 8 month old coming in with blood coming out of his ... read more
