My son was supposed to have an appointment with allergy, when scheduling I asked for the address and the woman gave me the address to mercy Gilbert location. Unknown to us, I trusted her location placement and we went to mercy Gilbert. When I called asking for clarification, they stated it was at Mesa. My son received a referral here to be evaluated by developmental peds. Check-in was smooth and the medical assistant staff were great and the assistant that came in with Dr. was very nice towards my son. However, when it came to our initial visit with Dr. Peterson.. she was very unfriendly towards me and gave her opinion as to thinking my son doesn’t show signs of autism but that psychologist will determine that. Providers are great but this is in relation to imaging services. We’ve waited over an hour for X-rays and it’s not overly busy. I have been told there a people in front of us but I haven’t seen anyone else wait near this long. We ended up having to leave because there are somehow still people in front of us..
Dr. Rochelle Wilson has been my son’s endocrinologist for almost 2 years! She is incredibly knowledgeable and very compassionate! She takes the time to explain everything in detail, always answers our questions and ensures we are comfortable with his treatment plan! We love her and highly recommend her!
