We've dealt with the cleft and cranoiofacial team my sons entire life. They were amazing when they were Barrow. Now that they're PCH, we can never get scheduled. Been trying to get through to a scheduler for over 2 and a half hours and still just on hold. I have 1 day a week to complete business hours duties. Spending all this time on hold makes my ability to get things necessary completed. I wish they never changed ownership!
