Called requesting information (on two occasions), not sure who I spoke with, but this staff member (female) was very short in answering my questions, in a hurry and not very personable at all. Really sounded like she didn’t want to do her job or unhappy with her job. If I had another option for this service, I’d definitely choose the other option! Just be nice!!!

A waste of time they always giving new therapies and case managers a every 4 to 6 months the Phoenix center is a piss poor excuse for mental health
One word dreadful staff was nice but you can lay in your bed, walking around inside talking to other people, or walking in a square outside. Oh and no smoking.
