Very excited about my new carpeting. I called Krystian a week ago based on a referral from a trusted contractor. Krystian helped me pick out the right carpet for our main bedroom from his samples, and came back today to install it. It looks and feels fabulous, and the price was right. Very professional and friendly.
I had a wonderful experience with Phoenix Carpet. I needed to replace the existing carpet in a bedroom and Krystian was able to accommodate to my great satisfaction. I needed a quick turnaround and Krystian was able to deliver by meeting with me to take measurements, providing a few samples/proposals, and then scheduling an installation date. He is extremely prompt, communicates via cell phone and text messages, and is an overall great person to work with. I highly recommend Phoenix Carpet.
I had them re-carpet a staircase and I had a very positive experience. Krystian was very friendly and came out for a free consultation and estimate. Their estimate was similar to two others I received, but I decided to go with them because of their transparency and communication. Working with Krystian is super easy. I had a small repair needed on some basement carpet, that I knew most companies would turn away because of it's size. He got back to me right away, I explained to him the issue and that I knew it was likely too small for him to take on. He told me not to worry about it, that he was more than happy to come on by and handle it.
