We bought my dress and all 8 bridesmaids’ dresses with the store and they were pleasant to work with and helpful when things went unexpended. They have a great selection and were helpful without being too overbearing with their opinions. As a local bride it was important to me to shop small for my dress and their store definitely gives you that experience!

I have never seen someone treat people so poorly in customer service. The woman that worked with us (short with short dark hair) was very unacommodating and ill-mannered. The consultant showed us a total of three dresses and didn't help our bride with said dresses or even pin anything for fitting. There were many snide comments that left us feeling as if our appointment was just an inconvenience in their work day. Definitely not an experience I suggest for anyone.
Global Bridal Gallery was exceptional in helping my daughter find the bridal gown of her dreams! Marie could not have been more helpful and “spot on” in understanding what my daughter wanted; and Stacey, in alterations could not have been more understanding and helpful in fitting the gown perfectly! The gown arrived exactly when we were told it would, and alterations were completed in a timely manner. We could not have been more pleased with quality, value, expertise and professionalism!
I had a WONDERFUL experience at Global Bridal Gallery, specifically with Serki! She sat down with me and asked very helpful questions to get a sense of my style, personality, and wedding plans. She brought out dresses that fit exactly what I was looking for! I was between two dresses, and decided on one during my return visit with family.
