Best customer service in the business. I scraped my rub rail last weekend, saw Tim at the Classic and told him what had happened. Just what showed up today, rub rail. Doesn’t get any better!! If service matters to you, and it should, Phoenix is the BOMB.
Bought a 2016 721 pro xp. Fastest and Best riding boat I’ve ever owned. Love every single feature about the boat. Have had zero issues whatsoever. I fish 4-5 days a week on lake Seminole in spring creek. Lots of idling over stumps on a regular basis. I have hit many stumps pretty hard while idling. There is not a single chip , nick , ding , or scratch on the gel coat underneath this boat. Unbelievable! Ordered a new dash so I could double mount my units. My wife and I drove 3 hrs. to look at these Birds, to make a long story short, my next ride will be the 618 or the 819, unbelievable storage and the design of these boats is top notch, hats off to Gary Clouse and his staff.
