The services are amazing, however their automated system sent us to the wrong location and the receptionist didn’t apologize or take any accountability for the mistake. My daughter missed a day of school and services, she’ll have to miss another day of school and service for the new appointment and her father will have to take a day of vacation. Very frustrating when I received half a dozen emails/texts telling me to go to the wrong location which is apparently a known issue.
Very nice people! Totally reccomend going here. It's been helping me a lot more. :)
Tried on several occasions to reach somebody over phone - 1 attempt put of roughly 4 was answered. Thats fine I understand you're busy. However, when I contacted them via email I was responded to almost immediately. Unfortunately, having inquired about testing / assessments was told that the waitlist was approximately "1 year out".
