My fiancée was put into the wrong group and then wasn't believed when she spoke up. She is black and was put into the drug use group, so you can put two and two together there, as they just assumed that's where she belonged. They then proceeded to give her a drug test, which was done in front of someone in the bathroom. It wasn't until after this, that they realized she was definitely in the wrong group and didn't even seem to be apologetic or claim responsibility for this complete lack of brainpower. I can't say enough how Phoenix Behavioral Health changed my life. I went in there broken, fearful, my mental health was suffering and I could not stay clean a day in my life. The staff there such as the director Ashley, Kaylee, Kristen and Dela just to name a few go out of their way for you so much. If you are willing to put in the work there's nothing that they will not do for you and they have proven it with me over and over again.
