If I could share 0 stars I would. Spent 8 grand on a jeep and it's had nothing but issues. Tried to reach out and never get back To. Have spent 4 extra grand and jeep still overheats. I would steer clear of this place. Some of the other cars I test drove had codes thrown and one the speedometer didn't work. Over priced and not willing to help you when you reach out. Could go into more detail but please for your own sake don't buy a car here.
Josh and Carlos were extremely professional and helpful
Absolutely awful customer service. Went and test drove a truck. Sat down to buy it and was told they weren’t sure on a price because it failed emissions and they had to get it checked out before they could determine a price. They took my number and never called. I called a few hours later for an update and they told me they had sold it. Very unprofessional the entire time.
I went to Phoenix to buy a car. And over the years, I have bought cars from a lot of different car Dealerships. And Phoenix goes above and beyond. Carlos was our salesman and he was super great.
