The therapists here are genuinely caring and do a great job with the kids. They’re the only reason this review isn’t directed at every employee. Unfortunately, the ownership and clinical leadership have some of the worst business practices I’ve experienced. Communication is poor, decisions seem driven by the business rather than what’s best for families or staff, and professionalism is lacking. I was told my child would be able to receive services from them as they did have openings. I have called over 10 times it is 3 weeks later and I have yet to receive a call back or any type of acknowledgment. I am just advocating for my kiddo. If you are seriously seeking services, you may want to look elsewhere.
Words can not express how greatful we are for Phoenix Autism Center. The owners and entire staff are so well involved. I've never seen my son so excited to go somewhere. He has learned so much and has already started saying new words and phrases. I cant thank you enough. PAC is truly a blessing i recommend to everyone I can.
