Told them I would not be able to attend certain meetings because of my work schedule and they told me their meetings come BEFORE work. I guess they are paying my bills. Oh also I told them their program was killing my mental health and they told me they didn’t care. But take at your own risk.

This is a "tough love" style program with a mixture of criminal offenders who have been court ordered to get therapy. They do a good job at what they do and they deserve a lot of credit for doing so. They do not offer any kind of an inpatient program. Even though their approach and style of therapy was far from optimal for my gf, she is still clean and is better off overall now than when she started over a month ago. If you notice, the individuals saying negative things are all on criminals on parole or probation. Some of these folks have no intention of changing. I’ve known the staff at Phoenix Associates for many years. Most are in recovery themselves and really do care about each and every client.
