Absolutely terrible experience. The technician came out to “repair” my refrigerator, but not only did they fail to fix the original issue, they actually made it WORSE. After they left, the fridge completely stopped working—and I’ve now been without one for MONTHS. I’ve followed up multiple times, and all I get is excuses or no response at all. No accountability. No urgency. No customer service. I regret ever calling this company.
Excellent Service! Reliable, fast working, and Honest didn't try to upsell me on anything took care of the problem in a timely manner great communication. I would definitely recommend this Company hands down. Chase was great!!!! They cleaned up like they were never even here. Best Service!
