Chase was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.
Not happy. It's very difficult to talk to an actual person rather than a frigging bot. I was finally able to get an appointment a week out. They said they would contact me a day before the scheduled appointment to give me a time. I had told them I was not available from 1:30 pm on for cancer treatment. So I get a text at 8pm the day before the proposed appointment and the said they'd be here from 1 to 3 pm... So it looks like I'll be looking for a company that listens to their customers...

Chase is very detailed in his profession. Chase is the best of Mr. Appliance. When he does the repair it is done right.
Always 0n time, accurate and efficient i have no worries when chase shows up .the job is completed professionally and I have no worries about anything. I will always contact Mr appliance for any future needs
