My friend lives here and observed bed bugs. The apartment company didn’t do anything to fix it. I would not recommend living here.
Building manager, Muhammad has been exceptional in helping us lease an apartment. He answered all our questions, was prompt to reply to text messages and made the renting process smooth.
Lived here for last 4 years. Never had any issues. Building manager is very cooperative. They have done quite a bit of renovations in last couple of years so building is in a much better state now compare to when I started living here.
I went with my friend other day, to check an apartment for him, Building manager is very helpful and well mannered. He served us in really great way.
NEVER RENT HERE!!!! WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. Always noisy due to construction in the building all year round. stove in kitchen never works. Management is the worst people i have ever met always barge in your apartment without notice. Always blame things on you and try to get money all they care about is money. i had so many bugs in my apartment bed bugs and cockroches, YOUR CAR IS A BETTER PLACE TO SLEEP. there are so many better places in ottawa to live so STAY AWAY FROM HERE
