Management is amazing.They're getting the apartments together.It's very quiet with this new management.I don't regret moving into these apartments
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE! I’m trapped in a lease with over a month long of begging for my ac to be fixed I go to the office. I emailed them. I called them. They literally give me outrageous excuses every time and have willingly told me that my AC does not work properly on top of it. I've been at this apartment complex going on three months. I love it. Whenever I have an issue with my unit it's handled quickly.
The apartments are badly in need of renovations. The property is filthy, and it appears no one has a key to the mailboxes so many have been jimmied.. Not to mention squatters in the back apartment by the dumpster. The maintenance guy however is on point and seems to be doing the best he can to bring things up to standards. Poor guy's got his work cut out for him.
If I can give this place zero stars I would. I remember living here when I was 8 or even younger. This place has literally not changed...no improvements on structure. Outside painting (which legally is supposed to be done yearly) everything here is literally falling apart. So much for good landlords.
