I love it and I have a great tenant and I'll wish I could work for them and everyone is friendly and nice and the place is good 💯😊 and I think the apartment tenant is super helpful and gorgeous 😍
I've lived these apartments back in 2021 i loved them then, decided to come in August 2025. Place affordable i have nothing to complain. Im thankful for my home & blessed. They're nice inside and little cleaning up with nice decor, you can make it very welcome. Staff are very kind & welcoming.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE! I’m trapped in a lease with over a month long of begging for my ac to be fixed I go to the office. I emailed them. I called them. They literally give me outrageous excuses every time and have willingly told me that my AC does not work properly on top of it. I am now seven months pregnant have dealt with this Texas heat with a non-efficient AC they do not care about the people that stay here all they care about is their remodel, do not waste your time here cause once you’re here trapped in th... read more
The apartments are badly in need of renovations. The property is filthy, and it appears no one has a key to the mailboxes so many have been jimmied.. Not to mention squatters in the back apartment by the dumpster. The maintenance guy however is on point and seems to be doing the best he can to bring things up to standards. Poor guy's got his work cut out for him.
