6 washers & 6 dryers for 4 floors. Half (of each) don’t work. This winter there has been a thick layer of ice in the parking lot. As of today, thick layer of ice under 3” of water. Handicapped parking spots look the same. I’ve fallen and been bruised once already this winter.
This place is not good, black mold on first floor, elevator down every other week landlord refuses to fix it because he wants cheap parts, landlord will raise the rent or evict you if you bring up the mold or threaten to tell the state. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.
John the owner is a great guy!! This place isn't amazing but decent and cheap. There can be a lot of drama so I would recommend keeping to yourself. If you're looking for a cheap place so you can save money this is the spot!!
It's a very nice place to live and the people that work there and live there and own the place are really nice and very helpful.
