Dr. Marie Gatsimbanyi was nothing but sweet caring and spend alot of time with me. She got to the root of my problems and seem to really care .

I have been going to this office for over 8 years and as of June 2025 they have became horrible. Back office does not know anything. I confirmed my appointment was okay to be tele med. I get a call 15 mins before saying I need to come in the office. They can’t seem to get my pharmacy or insurance information correct.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! I HAD MADE AN APPONTMENT FOR MY DAD ON MONDAY. I HAD SENT ALL THE INFO THEY ASKED FOR ON THURSDAY MORNING. MY DAD SHOWS UP ON MONDAY TELLING HIM THEY CANT TAKE HIM BECAUSE THEY DONT TAKE HIS INSURANCE. AND WANTED TO CHARGE HIM. HE LEFT DISAPOINTED SINCE HE HAS BEEN IN PAIN AND SEEKING HELP FOR HIS BAD KNEE.
