I would not recommend living here due to serious concerns with maintenance, communication, and overall management practices. During my tenancy, I reported ongoing issues with a resurfaced bathtub multiple times. The repairs were temporary, and the surface continued to peel, with strong fumes present after each attempt. I resided in Phoenician Pines, in a condominium managed by this company from April 2023 through July 2025. Issues began prior to move-in when the originally assigned unit was unavailable due to an oversight by the owner, resulting in a two-day delay before we could move into an alternate unit. Throughout our tenancy, I submitted multiple maintenance requests, including bathtub resurfacing and tile replacement in the second bathroom and kitchen. Samir is really a good person .I've never rented from anyone like him He is heaven sent He works with you and that says so much about his character He's not a man of greed that's for sure I thank God for him
