Absolutely awful!! Was there for 4 years and there was always homeless people jumping over to steal stuff off your patio, they got rid of security so the thefts definitely increased after, they’ll let anybody with a pulse rent there without doing any background checks, they raised rent by $900 without any improvements ever being done, maintenance guy came into my condo about 3 times without my consent/without knocking or ringing doorbell to do a “work order” I never submitted or requested, I was terrified because one of thos... read more
Knock on door for 5 min. Manager answers unlocks door. We walk into a dark office. I ask what are the rates here, as im working next door and im about to rent. She couldnt give me any info. So i left my number and email. 2 weeks ago!!!! I never recieved a call, text or email. How the hell can someone rent if they dont know the PRICES! Utterly unproffesional!!! Thanks but no thanks. Hire a manager who does their job!
If you're thinking about renting here, all I'll say is DON'T. If you're thinking about buying here , I'd say wait, because the one guy who owns 90 units and controls the HOA is running this, once nice, property into the ground. You'll get it cheaper after he completely ruins it. I live own a condo here. I wish could post pics.
I would never nevvveerrr recommend moving in here. Whether you rent from Phoenician pines or go through a realtor and have to deal with the HOA in one of the privately owned units. The management here changes every other day because it’s just THAT bad. I feel like they keep selling it off because of the amount of issues there is. No one answers their phones ever it’s rare and front office is usually closed during business hours not sure what the staff is getting paid to do.
