I resided in Phoenician Pines, in a condominium managed by this company from April 2023 through July 2025. Issues began prior to move-in when the originally assigned unit was unavailable due to an oversight by the owner, resulting in a two-day delay before we could move into an alternate unit. Samir is really a good person .I've never rented from anyone like him He is heaven sent He works with you and that says so much about his character He's not a man of greed that's for sure I thank God for him
Renter/buyer beware. Buildings have infestation problems (I experienced a MAJOR roach infestation and bed bugs withing the last year I lived there) they have neglected and refuse to properly address. Thank God I am no longer there.
