The worst medical care I have ever received. During my over 2 1/2 hour new patient visit, Nurse Practitioner Lisa spent about 15 minutes with me, and felt it was OK to see me in three months! Me being a patient seeking follow up care with an average BP of 198/103 and extreme headaches, following up on my almost three week hospital stay for CHF and CKD. I have seen 2 different doctors through this practice. The first wasn't too bad but had to change due to scheduling conflict. I last saw Lisa Khali or something like that. I thought she was great when I first met her. I needed an MRI done on my shoulder and she was able to request it for me. I had been in pain for several months, jumping through all the required hoops (PT, cortisone shots, pain management) and finally got the MRI and results showed a tear in the Labrum with an adjacent cyst. Everytime I need lab work or paperwork filled out they drop the ball every single time. Then charge your insurance like they actually help you.
The nurse practitioner I was using & liked isn't there anymore. & supposedly they dont know where she went.
