Thomas, in scheduling, was friendly as long as things were going his way, but when I call to ask a question, he flipped out on me.
I would think that professionalism would be a priority for a Closing Service. However, for member/staff/employee THOMAS KIRKPATRICK thinks otherwise. Very unprofessional if things are not going his way. I hope Kirkpatrick do away with those bad habits.
