Amazing service. Love the staff and Doctor. Takes my concerns seriously. Got me tests that saved my life.
Dr. Smith is an excellent physician. He's very detailed and very helpful. Brittany his assistant is also very, very good. It's a great place for medical care. I drive 50 miles to go there. It's worth every mile and the travel time when you have a great doctor! Couldn't be better!
The MA calls people problems out in the lobby. Who does that? She is not a doctor. She came out into the lobby and asked my mom if she was there for pain meds and if so the doctor only does interventions. This was done in front of other patients in the lobby. That is discrimination and she was judgemental. She should be fired. I will file discrimination againt her. You never approach a patient like that. I'm a retired nurse and even I know that. My husband and I are elderly and go to Phoenician Pain Management under Dr. Tutankhamen Pappoe for our monthly visits and our pain medication. In July my husband became very ill and unable to leave the house. Since July we have been able to have phone visits with our contact PA Samuel Desousa.
