ER is usually overcrowded and chaotic but Worth Phoebe Medical Center is an exception. I received kind and immediate help at the front desk by Keisha. I experienced a very clean and orderly facility. The medical staff ran several tests with state of the art equipment: EKG, X-ray, and CT scanner. Really nice warm blankets, too. Thank you to all of you, especially Dr Kasongo, Dawn, and David! Great job everyone.

I went in for an allergic reaction that affected my eyes. At the time, one eye was almost swollen shut. The doctor made me follow his finger, which was the only test he did. He then wrote a prescription for over-the-counter eyedrops. Please hire medical professionals who are knowledgeable enough to exhaust all options to assess what a patient may be experiencing.

This is the most horrible place ever . A couple weeks ago my primary doctor made an appointment to this hospital ( im not from Sylvester) lady called for scheduling she told me 1pm. Go up there yesterday thinking im arriving early . ( no phone call reminder) just some simple text to click on . I had no data so could not read. Its 3 white women in the main front building just sitting there talking no greeting just talking. So the receptionist finally ask my name I told her with she had an attitude .
