Quick, easy, the staff was VERY attentive, helpful, and I will absolutely go back if I need to. My daughter was kept waiting for a sick visit at her pediatrician (we had an appt) for several hours past the appt time because they were "busy", The staff here at Pheobe Urgent Care was incredible. We were seen in a timely manner, they were very friendly, the facility was clean and bright. The staff was professional, no one was on their cell phones, they smiled so much and made the whole visit a very pleasant one.
