My experience over the phone was terrible got transferred over 5xs then the young man got on the phone then put a rude nurse on which says hello I assume she listen to what I had to just to give the young man the phone back without an response rude to the fullest ...this just happen less than an hour ago I wouldn't advise no one to go there but Macon was awesome
Worst emergency room experience ever! Waited for almost 4 hours while my husband was in a lot of pain. All that was done was checking his vitals! We ended up just walking out. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
5 hours to be told I have TMJ- Cussed (yes CUSSED) by the dr. and now I have an over 3K dr bill to pay- I would Not Recommend!!
The ER services are terrible! We have been here from 10AM untit 8 PM with my mom. We keep telling them she can't ambilate nor urinate on her own and no one really listens or reads. Great improvement is necessary for the ER department.
