Everyone was so nice
I had an appointment today a 0940 hours; made by Dr. Cinthia Drury's sweet nurse yesterday as a result of a message I sent over the weekend due to an ER visit. My original appointment was set up by a not-so-nice-nurse for September 1st. I was getting ready to leave (we live about thirty minutes away). The same not-so-nice-nurse, conveniently called at exactly 0800 hours to notify me that Dr. Cinthia Drury had called out sick and my appointment was rescheduled back to September 1st at 1040 hours. Lack of communication- nurse didn't write down child`s symptoms so the NP was clueless. NP still wouldn't listen to me the adult. Then didn't run a culture on a UA. Waste of time here. All the clinic staff need retraining. Child got sicker because NP prescribed wrong meds. Never coming back to this location.
